General Payment Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all payment methods offered by SG Medical, including but not limited to direct credit card payments, PayNow, QuickPay links, Instalment Payment Plans (IPP), and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL). By selecting any payment method at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, in addition to the terms imposed by your issuing bank, payment gateway, or BNPL provider. Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed through your selected payment method.
Failed or Rejected Payments (Direct Methods)
For direct payment methods such as PayNow or QuickPay, if a payment fails or is rejected, SG Medical reserves the right to suspend or cancel your order until payment is successfully received. Any fees or penalties charged by your payment provider in connection with a failed or rejected payment are your responsibility.
Delivery timelines and fulfilment terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the delivery terms stated therein. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Any dispute related to product quality, delivery, or performance must be resolved directly with SG Medical. Such disputes do not affect your payment obligations to your bank, BNPL provider, or payment gateway.
Product returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy. Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the policies and processing timelines of your payment provider. SG Medical is not responsible for any delays, fees, or restrictions imposed by your payment provider in relation to refunds. This general refunds clause applies to all payment methods unless otherwise specified under the IPP or BNPL refund terms.
0% Interest 3, 6 & 12 Months Instalment Payment Plans
Eligibility
• Available only with DBS/POSB, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered(VISA) and Trust Bank(VISA) personal credit cards in Singapore.
• Minimum spend: SGD 500.
• Not valid with AMEX, debit cards, or corporate cards.
• All purchases on the above Instalment Payment Plans are subject to approval by your credit card issuer. If your purchase is not approved by your credit card issuer for these Instalment Payment Plans, SG Medical will not be informed of the reason. Refer to DBS/POSB, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered or Trust Bank websites for conditions, fees and charges.
Payment Schedule & Amounts
• Your purchase will be split into equal monthly payments over 3, 6 or 12 months. (based on your selected instalment plan)
• The first payment is charged when your order is billed or shipped.
• Following payments will be charged monthly by your bank.
• Once the plan starts, the payment schedule cannot be changed.
• All IPP plans are 0% interest. Any bank fees (such as early settlement or admin fees) are your responsibility.
• To pay off early, you must contact your bank directly. Any fees or charges are set by your bank, not SG Medical.
Cancellation, Refunds & Instalment Payment Plan Termination
• If you cancel your order before finishing the plan, your bank may ask you to pay the remaining balance in full.
• Refunds (if approved) will go back to your original card, following your bank’s rules.
Late/Failed Payments
• If a payment fails, your bank may charge late fees or cancel your instalment plan. SG Medical is not responsible for any fees or penalties from your bank.
0% Interest Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Plans
Eligibility
• Available through our approved BNPL partners (e.g., Atome, GrabPayLater, Shopee PayLater, or others shown at checkout).
• Approval is subject to the BNPL provider’s own assessment.
Payment Schedule & Amounts
• Repayment options (for example, 3 or 6 months) will be displayed during checkout.
• Your BNPL provider will handle all billing and repayment.
• Payments are usually 0% interest as long as they are made on time.
Cancellation, Refunds & BNPL Payment Termination
• If you request to cancel your CPAP purchase before the BNPL plan ends, your provider may ask you to pay the remaining balance in full.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed back through your BNPL provider to your original payment method.
Late/Failed Payments
• If you miss a payment, your BNPL provider may charge late fees or penalties, or restrict your account.
• SG Medical is not responsible for any fees or penalties from your BNPL provider.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, in addition to your bank’s or BNPL provider’s own terms and conditions. By selecting IPP or BNPL at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as the additional terms imposed by your issuing bank or BNPL provider. SG Medical acts only as the merchant of record. All approvals, billing, fees, and repayment schedules are determined by your payment provider (e.g., bank, BNPL service, or gateway). SG Medical is not liable for any additional fees, penalties, or restrictions imposed by your payment provider.
