Customers who have purchased CPAP equipment from SG Medical Pte Ltd are eligible to request a return and refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. This policy applies to CPAP machines, masks, tubing, and other CPAP accessories.

2. return process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via phone or email. Inform us of your intention to return the equipment, and our team will guide you through the process.

3. conditions for returns

All items are subject to inspection before the refund can be processed. The inspection process typically takes 2-4 business days from the date we receive the returned items.


The CPAP equipment must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of use, damage, or wear.All components, manuals, and accessories included in the original purchase must be returned.


CPAP Masks: Due to hygiene reasons, masks can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and sealed.
Bundled sets must be returned in full, including all items in the bundle.

 

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is being exchanged.

4. refund process & refund amount

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed:

Refunds will be credited to your bank account.
Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.


The refund will be based on the original purchase price of the returned items.
GST Deduction: For tourists who have already claimed a GST refund, the refunded amount will exclude GST.


Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. warranty coverage

If the returned CPAP equipment is found to be defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing issues, it will be covered under our warranty policy. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or repair in line with the warranty terms.

6. exclusions

Customized or personalized CPAP equipment is not eligible for returns unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
Consumables such as filters, cushions, and humidifier chambers are not eligible for returns.
