You have to book an appointment with us before you send in your machine for service. The appointment can be done through our website at https://sgmedical.org/or call in at 93633672 to book an appointment. The preventive maintenance service includes the external cleaning and checking of your machine, replace filter, functionality test and calibration for the pressure and flow if necessary. It takes about one hour to complete and will take longer time if any parts need to be replaced.
