If you would like to regain MyAir app functionality or wireless data transmission, you have the following options:
Option 1: Carry On as It Is
You can continue using your AS10 device without wireless connectivity and rely on the SD card for data.
Option 2: Upgrade to a Newer Model
Purchase a new 4G-compatible AirSense 10 or AirSense 11 machine.

Option 3: Replace the 3G CAM board with a 4G CAM board
- Replace the internal 3G CAM Board in your AS10 device with a 4G-compatible CAM Board.
- This replacement process takes approximately 1 hour and can be arranged with us.
