Warranty

All new CPAP devices sold will come with 2 years manufacturers warranty. Within the 2 years warranty, we also offer 2 complimentary servicing sessions (after which servicing charges apply). A 90 days warranty applies for the parts replaced during the servicing.

 

All other products including masks and mask accessories come with 90 days manufacturers warranty. 

 

SG Medical Pte Ltd recommends that you bring in your device every 6 to 12 months for preventive maintenance. Preventive maintenance not only prolongs the lifespan of your device, it also maintains treatment efficiency by ensuring the right pressure is delivered. Our preventive maintenance routine includes:

  • Complimentary CPAP air filter change.
  • CPAP performance checks and calibration of air pressure and/or airflow
  • Physical inspection of the device (moving parts and sensors)
  • Cleaning of device and integrated sensors - interior and exterior

 

* While device is still below 10,000 hours of usage.

 

 

Shipping

SG Medical Pte Ltd will deliver products purchased on this webstore via courier service. You may specify a delivery date and time period during your checkout and we will advise our courier accordingly. Please also provide us with a mobile number if you wish to be contacted on delivery updates/rescheduling if no one answers the door.

  • A delivery charge of SGD$10 will apply to purchases below a total amount of $150.
  • Delivery for purchases worth $150 and above is complimentary.
  • We do not offer delivery services to the CBD area, Jurong island, and Sentosa.

 

You will also bear all shipping costs including the return and exchange of merchandise initiated at your request. Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to drop by our Showroom.

SG Medical recommends that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

 

 

Return or Exchange of merchandise

All sales with SG Medical Pte Ltd are final. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return your undamaged product in the original packaging upon receipt within 14 days. The following conditions apply:

  1. Returns for used machines are accepted only if there are mechanical faults with the device. Returns are to be given notice within 14 days.  A full refund (less 20% restocking fee) will be returned by bank transfer. Shipping costs relating to the returns are not refundable.
  2. Returns for 
unopened new machine are accepted only if there are mechanical faults with the device.  Returns are to be given notice within 14 days of purchase. A full refund (less 20% restocking fee) will be returned by bank transfer. Shipping costs relating to the returns are not refundable.

 

 

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the final amount will be returned to you by bank transfer, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

 

Incorrect or damaged items

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact us so that we may take the necessary corrective actions.
